Shipping

We ship worldwide and have both flat-rate standard and tracked express shipping options available.
The address input by you, the customer, at checkout is the address your package will be sent to. Please ensure your information is correct at the time of purchase as we are not to be held responsible in the unlikely event of lost or stolen parcels.
Products will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase and may take up to 7-14 days after dispatch to arrive at your given address.
Hoshiato is not responsible for any duties or custom fees that may be incurred to you by your country's postal service.

In the unlikely case of an item arriving to you in less than adequate condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s) to discuss a suitable outcome.
